Support Wanewsletter

If sending a newletter the email header says to 'undisclosed-recipients' as it is set in the class.mailer.php file, I just thought it might be a good option for non technical people if this could be changed in the admin rather than editing the php file directly

Just a suggestion that this might be good feature to have this ve value for email to in the MySQL database and edit lists admin page so it can be easiliy changed if you want something else than undiscosed-recipients

I'm aware it can be changed in class.mailer.php file

Is it default behaviour that any saved newsletters are removed from the dropdown list once a newsletters is emailed to a list. This makes it harder to reuse the draft as an email template

Is it even possible to change the From part of email

List Name [newsletter@domain.co.uk]

To Just:

List Name

There is an unsucbscribe link anyway so I don't think it's needed to have the sending email address shown

How can I configure the to and from fields better in the sent email newsletters.

If I configure in administration:
Email address used for sending as - news@domain.co.uk :???:
Return email address for errors - I leave blank (so it is also news@domain.co.uk)

Disitribution list called - MyList

Resulting email is like this:

From:MyList [news@domain.co.uk]
To: news@domain.co.uk

But I want it to be like

From: My Site Name (as configured in settings)
To:MyList Subscriber

I wasn't sure whether it meant people who hate the English Lang or just hate the English!

I'm confused too, if I could speak French this would be a whole lot easier.

I only found WANewsletter a few days ago, I downloaded v2.14 and I think it is an excellent newsletter script which I am going to make good use of.

Yesterday I also downloaded the latest 2.2 beta release. First thing I noticed after installing v2.2 and logging in to administration was that I didn't like the new  navigation and general way all the features in admin are organised, I thought this was much better in v2.14 with navigation on left to each feature/section, also I thought that others especially non technical people would find the administration in v2.14 a little easier to use that v2.2.

Just my first thoughts on v2.2 maybe others might disagree.... I hope it's useful feedback to you anyway Bobe ............
